Shipment Policy

Orders are processed during our regular business hours.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
In some cases, order processing may take longer due to high order volumes, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery within Pakistan generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
Any applicable additional charges for specific locations will be the customer's responsibility.

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your order and delivery details. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled.

If your order is delayed, please contact our customer support team with your order details. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist you, delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Wella Pakistan will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All purchases are subject to our No Return & Exchange Policy. Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except where Wella Pakistan specifically agrees otherwise due to an issue with the order.
